Terms of Service

You may use AiStager only if you are at least 18 years old, can form a legally binding contract, and comply with all applicable laws. The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. Sharing your account or subscription is prohibited.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

GDPR rights (EU/EEA):You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

CPRA rights (California):You may request disclosures, corrections, and deletion of personal data. AiStager does not sell personal information.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (“User Content”). You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and process such content. You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or contains sensitive personal data.

You grant AiStager a license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide the Service.

AiStager personnel do not manually review User Content except when necessary to comply with law, investigate misuse, or resolve a request initiated by you.

User Content is never used to train AiStager’s models or any third-party models.

AiStager provides AI-generated virtual staging (“Output”). You acknowledge that:

• AI Output may include inaccuracies or artifacts
• Output may not be unique across users
• You must review Output before any commercial or real-estate use
• AiStager is not liable for MLS disputes or property misrepresentation

You own the Output except for any preexisting AiStager assets contained within it.

You agree not to:

• Violate any local, federal, or international law
• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Use Output for fraud or real-estate misrepresentation
• Use AiStager to train competing AI models
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or billing controls

AiStager may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Applicable taxes will be added based on your location.

Refunds:AiStager offers limited refunds only if:

• Requested within 7 days of purchase
• You used fewer than 10 input images
• The payment was not a renewal

After the 7-day window or after using 10+ input images, refunds are not available.

Filing a chargeback for a legitimate transaction is a material breach of these Terms. AiStager may suspend your account, revoke Output licenses, or seek repayment of associated fees.

AiStager owns all rights to the platform, design, algorithms, staging models, branding, and other intellectual property. No rights are transferred to you except as explicitly stated.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” AiStager disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AiStager is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• AiStager’s maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold AiStager harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of laws, infringement of rights, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY.

You waive the right to a class-action lawsuit and the right to a jury trial.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
